The Details
What Each Safeguard Means for You
Liability insurance. Accidents are rare, but they happen in every line of work. Our $2M commercial general liability policy means that if something in your home or facility is damaged in the course of our work, there is proper coverage behind us — not just a promise.
WSIB registration. WSIB is Ontario's workplace insurance system. Because we are registered, our workers have workplace injury coverage through WSIB, so you are not left wondering who is responsible if a cleaner is hurt while working in your space. Hiring an unregistered cleaner can leave that question uncomfortably open. Our article on why WSIB and insurance matter explains this in more detail.
A vetted, background-checked team. Every member of our team is background-checked and personally vetted before they are scheduled for a client visit. Cleaners arrive uniformed, so you always know who is at your door.
Keys, codes, and access. Many clients aren't home while we clean. We agree access arrangements with you in advance and use them only for scheduled visits. Access details are treated with discretion, and if your arrangements change — a new code, a different entrance, a concierge to check in with — simply let us know.
Before-and-after photos as a record. Every visit is photographed before we begin and after we finish. Those photos document the work completed and the condition of the space, which protects you and gives both of us a clear reference if a question ever comes up.
If something goes wrong. Tell us. If an area falls short of your expectations, we return and re-clean it at no charge. If something is damaged, we review it with you, make it right, and — where applicable — it is covered by our liability insurance. We would always rather hear about an issue than have you quietly unhappy.
Product safety. We use premium non-toxic, eco-conscious products that are safe for children and pets. Read more about our eco-friendly cleaning approach.
Proof of coverage. Property managers, condominium boards, and commercial clients often need documentation before work begins. Proof of coverage is available on request — email info@sevenday.services or call (647) 243-1833.
