We work from a property-specific list agreed during setup: how beds are dressed, where the towels are folded, which essentials are restocked and how much of each. After every turn you receive before-and-after photos, along with a note of anything damaged, missing or running low, so problems are dealt with before the next guest rather than raised in a review.
