The Airport Corporate Centre near Pearson, Meadowvale Business Park in the northwest and the commercial lands around Heartland Town Centre host everything from corporate head offices to distribution and light-industrial operations. Office towers in City Centre and multi-tenant buildings along Hurontario add professional suites, clinics and studios to the mix.

Each facility has its own rhythm. A sales office in the Airport Corporate Centre, a dental clinic in Streetsville and a warehouse with a front office near Heartland do not need the same clean, and we do not pretend they do.

The physical layout of these parks shapes the work as well. Low-rise office buildings with large floor plates, shared lobbies and washrooms, and loading areas at the rear are typical, and many tenants share a building with businesses on very different schedules. A cleaning plan has to respect the landlord’s rules for after-hours access and fit around neighbouring tenants as much as your own team.

Your checklist, agreed before the first visit

Every commercial engagement starts with a facility-specific checklist. We review the spaces, the traffic they see and the standard you expect, then agree on what is cleaned on each visit and what rotates weekly or monthly. Visits are scheduled before, after or around your operating hours, so staff and clients are not disrupted. Our guide on how often an office should be cleaned can help you choose a frequency.

Products matter in shared workplaces too. We use premium non-toxic, eco-conscious formulations, which are a better fit for open-plan offices where staff spend their full day, and for clinics and studios where clients notice how a space smells as much as how it looks.

Can you clean our office after hours or on weekends?

Yes. Most Mississauga offices prefer visits before staff arrive, in the evening or on weekends, and we schedule around your operating hours. For after-hours work we agree on access arrangements, alarm procedures and any building security requirements in advance, and each visit is recorded with photos so you can confirm the work was completed.

Do you clean warehouses and light-industrial facilities?

Yes. Many Mississauga facilities combine office space with warehouse or production areas. We clean offices, washrooms, break rooms and agreed floor areas, with the scope set out in a facility-specific checklist before the first visit. Specialised industrial processes or hazardous materials handling are outside our scope, and we will tell you clearly if a request falls there.

What does our building’s property manager need from you?

Requirements vary, but most property managers ask for proof of liability insurance and WSIB registration before granting access. We carry $2M commercial general liability insurance and are WSIB registered, and we can provide documentation directly to your property manager. We also follow building rules for loading areas, service elevators and after-hours entry.

How often should an office be cleaned?

Most offices benefit from daily attention to washrooms, kitchens and high-touch surfaces, regular cleaning of workstations and floors several times a week, and periodic deep cleaning. The right schedule depends on headcount, foot traffic and the type of space.
