Moving out of a condo in the City Centre or along the Hurontario corridor usually means working within the building’s rules: booked elevator windows, loading-dock time slots, concierge registration for service providers and limits on when work can happen. A move-out clean has to fit into that sequence, typically after the movers have finished and before keys are returned.

When you request a quote, tell us your move date and any building restrictions you have been given. We schedule The Transition, our condo move package, so the suite is cleaned once it is empty, and we register with the concierge in advance where required.

Renters handing back a Mississauga lease

Can you clean on the same day my movers are booked at a City Centre tower?

Yes, as long as the clean begins once the suite is empty or the movers are close to finishing. Share your elevator booking and any loading-dock window with us, and we will arrive after the furniture is out. If the building only allows service work at certain hours, we plan the visit within those hours so you can return keys on time.

Will a move-out clean help me pass my landlord’s inspection?

A move-out clean is designed to leave the unit in the clean condition landlords and property managers expect at a final walkthrough, including inside closets, cabinets, drawers and appliances. We cannot speak to repairs, damage or the terms of your lease, but every clean ends with a signed room-by-room checklist and before-and-after photos you can keep.

Do you offer move-in cleaning for newly completed condos?

Yes. New suites in Mississauga often have fine construction dust in cabinet interiors, window tracks, vents and along baseboards, even after the builder’s own clean.
