Working smoothly with your building

Condo cleaning is as much about logistics as it is about technique. Before the first visit we confirm how our team should arrive — visitor parking, a concierge sign-in, a fob left with the front desk — and whether your building has rules about elevator use or service hours. Supplies come up in a compact kit rather than a cart that blocks the hallway, and everything leaves with us at the end of the visit.

Smaller spaces also leave less room for error. In an open-plan suite the kitchen, living area and entry are a single sightline, so a streaked backsplash or a dusty media unit is noticed the moment you walk in. We finish surfaces carefully, take extra care with in-suite laundry closets and powder rooms, and leave the suite as you prefer it set — blinds drawn or open, cushions arranged, lights off.

Matching the clean to the suite

A one-bedroom near the GO line used mostly on weeknights needs something different from a two-bedroom plus den shared by a family. For most suites a bi-weekly Essentials visit keeps things in order, with The Renewal added a few times a year for appliance interiors, grout and window tracks. Do I need to be home for a condo cleaning in Brampton?

No. Many of our condo clients commute and are out during the day. You can leave a fob or key with the concierge, use a lockbox where your building permits it, or arrange access with us directly. Before-and-after photos are sent after the visit, so you can see the finished suite without being there.

Can you clean a newly built condo before I move my furniture in?

Yes. New suites often arrive with construction dust in cabinets, on window ledges and inside the tracks of sliding balcony doors.
