Planning around basements, second kitchens and shared entrances

A finished basement can be a family room, a guest suite or a separate unit with its own entrance. We clean only the spaces you include in your plan, and if a lower level is occupied by tenants or relatives we can schedule it separately or leave it out entirely. Multi-kitchen layouts are noted on the checklist so that each one is cleaned to the same standard, not just the one closest to the front door.

Brampton winters also bring salt, slush and grit through side and garage entrances. Mudrooms, entry tile and the first stretch of hallway carpet get particular attention during the colder months.

Can you clean the main house but not the basement unit in my Brampton home?

Yes. Your plan lists exactly which spaces we clean. If the basement is rented or used by relatives as a separate suite, we can leave it out, schedule it as its own visit, or include only shared areas such as the laundry room and stairwell. We never enter a separately occupied unit without the arrangement being agreed in advance.

We have a main kitchen and a spice kitchen. Are both included in a standard clean?

Both can be included. We note each kitchen on your checklist so neither is treated as an afterthought. Because a working spice kitchen often sees more grease and heat than the main kitchen, we may suggest alternating a more detailed pass on it, or adding periodic deep cleaning, depending on how heavily it is used.

How do you handle a house with many bathrooms on a recurring schedule?

Every bathroom in your plan is fully sanitized at each visit. For homes with five or more, we discuss which ones are used daily and which serve guests, so the quote reflects real use. Lightly used guest bathrooms still receive a full clean; the conversation simply helps us schedule the visit length accurately.
