New builds and closing day

A new home in a Brampton subdivision may be technically finished but rarely feels clean. Drywall dust lines the cabinet shelves, window tracks hold grit from construction, and stickers and residue cling to fixtures and glass. A move-in clean before your furniture arrives means you unpack into cabinets that are genuinely ready, rather than wiping them out one box at a time.

We pay particular attention to the places construction dust settles and then stays: the top edges of door frames, inside vanity drawers, around the base of toilets, along stair stringers and around vent covers. Floors are cleaned last, once everything above them is done. If your closing includes a pre-delivery inspection, we suggest booking the clean after any builder touch-ups so the work is not undone.

Most move cleans happen in a narrow window between the last box leaving and the keys changing hands. Tell us your dates as early as you can and we will plan around them; if you are already in your new home, we can work from a lockbox or a key arrangement with your agent. Do you clean basement apartments between tenants in Brampton?

Yes. We clean basement and second units as their own scope, with a separate checklist and photos, so landlords have a clear record for each unit. The suite should be empty and accessible. If you are a landlord, we suggest confirming your unit meets the City's requirements for second units separately; our role is the cleaning itself.
